This machine is a unique fully automated system that allows to sew collars and cuffs. The pieces are also trimmed and stacked automatically.

It is possible to quickly change the sewing shape thanks to a fast changing jig's system. If the size changes there's no need to change the jig, since the machine has an automatic size changing system.

This unit is controlled electronically by the computer, which means that the system allows M.A.I.C.A. to act directly from Italy if a problem is detected.

Collars and cuffs are trimmed separately from the sewing phase, giving the possibility to have completely different cut and sewing lines, if needed. The machine ir flexible and gives different applications options.
